Schedule A in the Declaration Of Restrictions states elevation limits for each lot based on the San Diego City Engineer’s elevation datum in 1950. In 1963 the City adopted a new elevation datum. The measuring point from which elevations are determined was increased by 6.12 feet. The effect of that change is to add 6.12 feet to the elevation / height limit for each lot in Schedule A. This change is explained further in the linked pages listed below.
